David A. Winkelman
David A. Winkelman
CEO, Winkelman Solar Developers
David Winkelman is an independent solar project developer serving commercial businesses, industrial customers, installers, utilities, and property owners.

In the last thirty years, David has developed over 300 projects in the energy industry through several companies, including Winkelman’s Environmentally Responsible Construction (WERC) , Small Wind Turbines, LLC (SWT), Innovative Power Systems (IPS Solar), Winkelman Building Corporation (WBC), Bradbury Stamm (which now owns WBC), and most recently Winkelman Solar Developers. These projects include solar, wind, battery storage, and energy efficiency. David works with financing, pre-construction design, and installation.

David is now a full-time independent solar PV and energy storage consultant assisting clients to develop, design, finance, manage, and operate solar PV + storage projects.

David now lives in a fairly sustainable home in the woods near Brainerd with his wife Michelle. They have one daughter, Natalie Spiczka, and one grand-daughter, Zoey, whose daddy, Greg Spiczka, is a master electrician working on solar.

Angie N. Frandrup
Angie N. Frandrup, LEED AP

Angie N. Frandrup, LEED AP has been in commercial real estate in Minnesota since 2004, and has been a licensed commercial brokerage professional since 2011, spending eight out of the last ten years serving as a Broker at CBRE, Inc. and then boutique firms prior to joining Caspian Group.

After graduating with honors from Harvard University with a degree in Natural Science and Environmental Studies, Angie began her career in commercial real estate serving through the lens of environmental engineering and later had a business of her own, providing LEED Certification, and sustainability consulting services for commercial real estate.

Presently, Angie focuses on providing Solar Development services including Solar Site Plans, Cash Flow Estimates, and Solar Panels for commercial real estate owners and investors. Angie can provide added value regarding that into her standard brokerage practice which includes Investment Sale Services, Buyer and Seller Representation, Disposition Services, as well as Portfolio Optimization through Tenant and Landlord Representation.

In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her son and husband, exploring the great outdoors, travel, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
